January 25-30, 2016
On 25-30 January 2016, the Inaugural Program of China-ASEAN Academy on Ocean Law and Governance was held by the National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS) in Haikou, China. The Academy is an important project under the auspices of China-ASEAN Maritime Cooperation Fund. It is designed to foster a community of ocean governance of the region.
